Hi I'm Rebecca (on the right). I'm a university fresher with a mad passion (verging on obsession) for baking. I live in the English countryside and am a country girl right to the core
Everything I know about baking I either learned from my mum or from books and other blogs. My mum is still head chef at home but the role of head baker/pudding-provider was passed to me a few years ago.
